LENS Neurofeedback is $50 per client, per 15 minute session.
EEGer Neurofeedback is $200 for the initial 60 minute assessment, then $100 per 30 minute session.

Do you direct bill?
We currently direct bill to Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life (formerly Great West Life), ClaimSecure, Greenshield, Industrial Alliance and Desjardins - please bring in your insurance card with you to your first appointment
Please note: Sunlife, Manulife and Equitable Life do NOT allow providers to direct bill for psychological services - you must pay and submit your own receipts and they will reimburse you directly
Can I book and change my appointment online?
Existing clients may book and reschedule appointments online through our Client Portal - to get your Client Portal account set up, please email and we will send you a custom username and password
Please note that in order to activate the option to book or reschedule appointments online, you must have a valid credit card added to your account on the Client Portal. You can do this securely once you receive your username and password.
Where should I park?
There are a number of visitor parking stalls on the south and north sides of the building, or free street parking along Midpark Way
Don't worry about the 1 hour parking limit displayed - we have an agreement with building management for clients with longer appointment times
What is your cancellation policy?
We require the following timelines for cancelling without penalty:
2 days (48 hours) for sessions that are 2 hours, or less
3 days (72 hours) for sessions that are greater than 2 hours, but less than 4 hours
5 days (120 hours) for sessions that are 4 hours or greater

Clients are financially responsible if proper notification is not provided, if they miss a session, or arrive late for a session.
If a client has an outstanding payment due to a cancellation they are required to pay for it before the next session and/or before scheduling more sessions.

I'm bringing my child in for an appointment - can my other children wait in the waiting area?
We require that one parent be available at all times during your child's session - younger siblings may not be left unattended in the waiting area, as there are other professionals and clients working in the surrounding offices - any noise or disturbance in the office is highly disruptive to their therapy
Parental involvement is important for effective therapy - if you do need to bring other children along, in order to make the most of your time, we require a second adult to be present to supervise any other children or siblings waiting in the office
